Ordering
To place a jewellery order with us, you may either order via our website, or by faxing/phoning/emailing us.
Website Orders:
Hover over item images and click on “add to cart” to buy, or “view details” for more info and to specify colour or size options.
You can also enter special instructions at the checkout stage.
The “Quick Click Orders” option is for wholesale customers only, and allows you to quickly add items to your cart if you already know what you want.
This option doesn’t allow you to enter size or colour options, however you can include these in “special instructions” when you check out, or add these items via the main catalogue.
Fax/Phone/Email Orders:
Simply list the code number and quantity of the items you want. If you want specific sizes/colours, be sure to include this as well.
Make sure you include your contact and postage details.
Postage
Orders are normally despatched within 1 – 3 business days via Australia Post.
